ZenLyfe

Sessions, mood log and check-ins in one account

ZenLyfe has four parts: live video therapy, a daily mood journal, standardized questionnaires, and secure messaging with your therapist. Each part feeds the next session.

50-minute video sessions

Sessions run in an encrypted video room in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, or in the iOS and Android app. Book from your therapist's open slots, get an email reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before, and reschedule up to 24 hours ahead without a fee.

  • Location and identity confirmed at the start of each session
  • Telehealth informed consent signed before the first session
  • Audio-only fallback if your connection drops

A mood log that takes under a minute

Once a day, rate your mood from 1 to 10, pick tags such as sleep, work, family or exercise, and log hours slept. Add a written note if you want. Ratings and tags go to your therapist; notes stay private unless you tap Share on that entry.

You choose the reminder time. Miss a day and nothing is lost: you can back-fill up to 3 days.

PHQ-9 and GAD-7 every two weeks

The PHQ-9 (9 questions on depression) and GAD-7 (7 questions on anxiety) are standard clinical questionnaires. You get a reminder every 14 days. Scores are plotted over time so you and your therapist can see whether the work is helping and adjust the plan.

Messaging between sessions

Send your therapist a message any time. Therapists reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Messaging is for follow-ups and questions, not for urgent situations.
